Regulation for Certification
1/  The applicant should fill the "APPLICATION FORM FOR   NOTARIZATION AND CERTIFICATION carefully, and   should fill all the blanks of the form. If the form is filled not   carefully or specifically enough, the consequence should be   born by the applicant him- or herself.

2/  The applicant should provide passport and passport copy. If   he or she applies certification for others, he or she should also   provide his or her own passport and passport copy, and should   explain specifically in "RECORD OF INTERVIEW FOR   NOTARIZATION AND CERTIFICATION" why the   applicant does not come to the Embassy him- or herself .

3/  Documents for certification should be exact,without mistake   or correction. The corrected documents should be notarized   and certified again by the notary public and the Ministry of   Foreign Affairs of Iran.

4/  Documents for certification first should be certified by notary   public and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, and should   be used later in China. Otherwise, the Embassy would not   certify.
