1.  Applicants for notarization should be Chinese Nationals, who have Residence Permit in Iran.

2.  Applicants should come to the Embassy him- or herself to apply.

3.  The applicant should fill the "APPLICATION FORM FOR NOTARIZATION AND CERTIFICATION carefully, and should fill all the blanks of the form. If the form is filled not carefully or specifically enough , the consequence should be born by the applicant him- or herself.

4.  The applicant should provide passport and passport copy.

5.  The content of the notarization should be accurate,specific and without correction.

6.  The applicant should sign in front of the consul.
